Hey there — I’m Joel!

I’m a Houston wedding photographer who believes the best wedding photos happen when you’re fully present in the moment — laughing with your friends, holding your partner a little tighter, and soaking in every second of the day you’ve been dreaming about.

My goal is simple: capture your wedding day in a way that feels authentic, timeless, and full of life.

A Little About Me

My editing workflow isn’t complete without good music and an unhealthy amount of caffeine.

In 2021, I packed my bags and set off on a three-month road trip with my best friend traveling the East Coast. We explored 25 states, stopping at trailheads and creeks to photograph whatever caught our eye.

We slept in hotel parking lots for the free breakfast the next morning and ate Little Caesars Hot-N-Ready pizza more nights than I’d like to admit.

That trip changed everything.

It’s where my passion for photography truly began — capturing moments as they happen and preserving them forever.

Why Weddings?

Not long after that trip, I had the honor of photographing my best friend’s wedding.

Watching two people promise forever, surrounded by the people who love them most, made me realize something:

There are few moments in life more meaningful than a wedding day.

From that moment on, I was hooked on telling love stories through photography.

Meet My Amazing Wife

Four years later, I met and married my incredible wife Greta.

She’s one of the most talented hair and makeup artists I’ve ever worked with (and yes… I might be a little biased).

Together we’ve created a seamless experience for couples — helping brides and bridesmaids feel confident and beautiful while I focus on documenting the moments that make the day unforgettable.

We share a deep passion for capturing life’s most meaningful moments in a way that feels natural, emotional, and timeless.
